Discuss your projectReview policies, address objects, NAT, routes, logging, administrative access, and the services that must remain reachable.
Investigate site-to-site and user connectivity, authentication, routing, and access to the required business resources.
Account for the switches, VLANs, wireless networks, servers, and applications on either side of the firewall.
Document the old behavior, map configuration to the replacement platform, prepare a cutover, and agree on application and connectivity checks.
A legacy firewall may contain public services, vendor access, a device relay, or a route that nobody has needed to revisit in years. Removing it without understanding those dependencies can turn a simple swap into a long outage.
Jaen can take the firewall work from assessment through implementation and documentation, or help your existing IT team with a defined problem.
Describe the fault or goal and the business systems involved. We can establish whether the next step is troubleshooting, a review, or a migration.
