Understand the requirement
Review the site, users, applications, existing equipment, business constraints, and access. Establish what success looks like before developing the proposal.
Complete IT project delivery
JMB can take an IT project from the initial conversation through design, pricing, procurement, installation, migration, and handoff. Jaen leads the proposal and the engineering behind it.
Discuss your projectA new office or major rebuild may involve a carrier, cabling installer, hardware supplier, software vendor, internal team, and outside support provider. The schedule needs to account for all of them.
JMB brings the technical design and delivery plan together. You can see what is included, what needs a separate specialist, which decisions are still open, and what the project will require from your staff.
The work can start with an empty equipment room or an inherited environment that must keep operating while it changes.
Review the site, users, applications, existing equipment, business constraints, and access. Establish what success looks like before developing the proposal.
Prepare the design, equipment and licensing choices, installation scope, labor, budget, and alternatives. Explain the recommendation and work through approval with the decision-makers.
Coordinate purchasing, lead times, carriers, installers, specialist resources, and the implementation schedule. Confirm responsibilities rather than assume another vendor is handling a dependency.
Prepare configurations and backups, install and connect infrastructure, build the server and Microsoft environment, and perform the migration in agreed stages.
Check agreed application access, connectivity, security controls, and recovery or failover behavior. Record what changed, document the environment, and define who supports it next.
Cabling and fiber plans, equipment rooms, racks, patch panels, network power requirements, labeling, and installation coordination.
Cabling and fiberFirewalls, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, internet services, remote access, and connections between sites.
Network engineeringServers, storage, virtualization, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and the devices and accounts that use them.
Server and systems workYes. Jaen can develop the business case, proposal and technical scope, explain the options, coordinate procurement, and lead delivery. Hardware, licensing, labor, and any third-party work are identified in the agreement.
He leads the design and hands-on engineering. Where the scope needs additional technicians or specialist installation, those resources are planned into the job. Electrical or other regulated work is assigned to appropriately qualified providers.
The plan starts with your operating requirements. Some work can be staged alongside the existing system; other changes need an agreed interruption. JMB will not promise zero downtime before understanding the environment.
Share the business goal, location, timing, and what is already in place. We can begin with a clear scope rather than a shopping list.
